Friday Night

June 17, 2016  •  7  p.m.

The higher you go, the better the party!
We’ll gather downtown at the historic Mayo Hotel for a night of mixing and fun! The Boiler Room is a street level, stylish piano bar right off the entry to the magnificent Grand Hall and a great place to visit, but most people will gather on the Penthouse Rooftop Lounge, which provides live music and a 360° rooftop view of of downtown Tulsa.

You don’t have to stay at the Mayo to play, but you are welcome to book one of their many plush rooms. On Friday night, we support everyone’s preference to have dinner with your significant others and immediate friends, but if you get hungry, the downstairs restaurant stays open until midnight and the Penthouse Rooftop Lounge serves appetizers until 1 a.m.

Saturday Day

June 18, 2016

There are a number of daytime activities to explore in beautiful downtown Tulsa, such as strolling the Brady Arts District and Guthrie Green, but we're hoping the Tulsa Drillers will have a home game scheduled at ONEOK Field. It would be great to drop in for a couple of hours with family and friends to watch a few innings backdropped by the Tulsa skyline. We'll keep you informed when they release their 2016 schedule!

The BIG NIGHT at The Broadway!
We've located the perfect venue in vintage downtown Tulsa for our unique brand of (un)sophisticated fun! The doors open at 5 p.m. for cocktails and mixing. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. We'll have a slide show right after dinner, followed by the best DJ in town - DJ John Spin! The party at The Broadway ends at 1 a.m.

Get a Room!

If you'd like to stay close to the action, there are quite a few excellent hotels in downtown Tulsa. The Hyatt Regency Tulsa and Doubletree Downtown are great choices. If you are a history buff, the Courtyard by Marriott has renovated the Historic Atlas Life Building.
Either way, you can't go wrong.
As the date to our reunion gets closer, we hope to negotiate a group rate with one of these fine hotels. **UPDATE**
We've negotiated a deal with The Hyatt Regency
Rooms are $99 per night
